“When our deck was falling apart, we knew we wanted to replace it with a patio. We listened to a bunch of ideas, but only Abby and Roberto truly understood what we were looking for, and how to mitigate the flooding issues in our backyard. They even came out to see the flooding one day before starting the job and during a downpour to make sure they chose the right approach. That may not sound like a big deal, but nobody else did that. Everyone else proposed “solutions” that would have been money (pardon the pun) down the drain.
